Abstract: . . . 16.2 Subject to the right to appeal provided in clause 14, the Testing , TUE and Hearing results or other final adjudications of any Signatory to the Code which are consistent with the Code and are within the Signatorys authority, shall be recognised and respected by SAL and its Affiliated Organisations . SAL and its Affiliated Organisations may recognize the same actions of other bodies which have not accepted the Code if the rules of those bodies are otherwise consistent with the Code . Where it is contended that the actions of the Signatory or other body were not in conformity with the Code the Board may decide to recognize the decision as final or it may decide to forward the matter to the CAS to hold a Hearing in accordance with clause 10. 16.3 Each Affiliated Organisation must recognise and apply any sanction imposed by FINA or CAS in accordance with this Policy.
